Thai Yoga Massage is a deeply grounding and meditative form of bodywork.
Rooted in the traditions of Thai healing arts, it combines elements of passive stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic touch. You remain fully clothed, lying on a soft mat, while your
body is gently moved, held, and invited into release.

WHAT IS THAI YOGA MASSAGE?

The practice of Thai Yoga Massage is not about fixing or performance. It’s an invitation to soften, breathe, and return to sensation. It helps the body feel lighter, supports a sense of flow, and reconnects you with the natural rhythm of your body.

The approach is to allow deep relaxation. It is not sensual or sexual in nature - it is a space for rest, not stimulation.

WHAT I OFFER

I am certified in Thai Yoga Massage after completing foundational training at the Sunshine House in Greece.

However I approach this work as an ongoing, lifelong learning process.

  • Sessions can support you in grounding, nervous system regulation, and coming back into contact with yourself. Especially in times when your body feels tense, tired or far away.

    The practice is slow, gentle, and fully guided. You’ll move, stretch, and breathe with support, helping your body release tension and feel lighter.

  • Sessions can take place either in the calm, welcoming space of my home “studio” or in the comfort of your own space. Wherever you feel most at ease.
