SYSTEMIC COUNSELING

Sometimes we face situations or questions that don’t have clear answers, and it can leave us feeling stuck or unsure.

I support individuals as well as those navigating romantic relationships, in all their diversity.

When we find ourselves caught in recurring patterns or inner conflicts, systemic counseling offers a structured form of self-reflection within a professional setting. It creates space to step back and see the bigger picture— focusing on relations, context, and interactions rather than trying to fix a single isolated problem.

ABOUT ME

WHAT IS SYSTEMIC COUNSELING?

Systemic counseling provides a clear, supportive setting to explore how experiences are influenced by individual history and context, relationships, and the systems we are part of. It can reveal new perspectives, shift stuck patterns, and reconnect with inner resources.

Systemic work doesn’t look for quick fixes. It might help you see connections, make meaning, and move forward more consciously.

This approach is resource-oriented, non-pathologizing, and deeply human.

WHAT I OFFER

I work with individuals and those navigating romantic relationships in their many forms.
In our work together, I bring presence, sensitivity, and a supportive framework to help orient and accompany your process.

You are the expert of your life — I offer space, questions, and structure to support you in your own exploration. We can explore whatever aspects of life you’d like to look into.

I am currently within my training to become a DGSF*-certified Systemic Counselor.

  • I offer counseling session for 60 or 90 minutes.

In our first session, we take time to get to know each other, clarify your concern, and see whether this form of work feels right for you. We can arrange as many sessions as you feel are needed for your topic.

All sessions are confidential and held with respect and care.

The sessions can be held in English or German.

  • Counseling sessions can take place online or in person.

Please note: Systemic Counseling is not psychotherapy and cannot replace therapeutic or medical treatment. If you are currently experiencing acute psychological distress or are looking for clinical support, please reach out to a licensed therapist or mental health professional. 🤍

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

“I can highly recommend counseling with Tini. She is a professional, skilled and insightful counselor who creates a process that is both engaging and effective. Even with my background in psychology and therapeutic practice, I was deeply impressed by how attentively she listened, how supportively she worked, and how she challenged me in ways that led to real change. For me, this is counseling at its best.”

– Pauline

“During a period of difficult and limiting feelings about my performance as a remote worker, I reached out to Tini. She helped me put my work challenges into perspective alongside everything else I had going on in my life, and guided me to notice how my daily habits were influencing how I felt at work. By focusing on small, actionable changes rather than overwhelming questions, I gradually regained confidence and began to feel much better about my standing at work. Tini is a sweet, sensitive listener, and her guidance and advice were truly impactful.”

– Tali

“I found my work with Tini really valuable in preparing for a challenging upcoming transition. We discussed plans, possible solutions, and choices that helped me to clarify my options and feel empowered. Our discussions helped me to clarify truths, fears, and assumptions, and move towards a feeling of strength and calm despite uncertainty. I am grateful that I had this experience and I can still feel the effects now months later. 5 stars, would recommend!!”

– Anna

“My sessions with tini felt like a safe place for me all along. Her professionalism combined with her carrying nature created the space i needed to have a deeper understanding of my self withouth feeling any pressure so i can manage life challenges in a more secure way feeling supported and understood.i would totally recomend to engage with her therapeutic approach especially if you have no privious experience and you still hesitate to take this step so far.”

– Maria

“We have already completed several sessions of couples counseling with Tini and feel very comfortable with her and in her presence. From the very beginning, she was able to attune sensitively to our often very different perspectives and succeeds in making both of us feel equally seen and appreciated. We find it particularly helpful that she uses tangible images and comparisons that are closely connected to everyday life.

Tini does not work according to a rigid framework, but is very flexible in her approach. Depending on the situation, she incorporates short exercises or offers tips on methods or theories that also support us between sessions. We are very glad that we decided to pursue counseling and can wholeheartedly recommend Tini as a couples counselor.”
